Extended drill in gold-black color, made of M2 HSS high-speed steel, coated with TiN (titanium nitride). The drill complies with the DIN 340 standard and features a cylindrical shank. It is designed for creating holes through and blind holes. It has two central cutting edges, ground at an angle of 135°, and flutes that effectively evacuate cutting waste upwards through the hole.

The TiN coating is specially designed for machining materials that are difficult to cut. The use of the TiN coating increases the hardness of the drill, speeds up the cutting process, and allows for better quality on the machined surfaces. The titanium nitride layer, by reducing frictional force, decreases the wear of the cutting edges and thus extends the lifespan of the drill.

The drill is shipped in a blister pack with a hole for hanging on a hook.
