The Powermat PM-APS-600TC electronic welding helmet automatically darkens the filter when welding starts and returns it to a brighter state when welding is complete. The True Color filter renders colors in natural tones, making it easier to see the surroundings and the welding arc. It is powered by a solar cell and a CR2032 battery.
The head-mounted helmet is suitable for MMA, MIG, MAG/CO2, TIG, SAW and PAW welding, as well as PAC plasma cutting. Sensitivity can be precisely adjusted, as can the transition time from the darkened to the light state and the position and size of the headband.
