I recently bought the product and initially I received a defective one (the back support legs were missing). In my communication with the company Uncle George they reassured me and immediately replaced it with another grill, and also the package included a surprise gift due to the inconvenience caused. I should not forget to mention that they did not accept the defective one back, telling me to keep it for spare parts. As you can understand, this is a company with principles and excellent customer service. A big thank you for the cooperation we had and hopefully all companies were as professional as Uncle George. Keep up the very good work and your impeccable professionalism!!! As for the product, it is exactly what I was looking for: Small, convenient and portable everywhere due to its design. Αγόρασα πρόσφατα το προιον και αρχικά μου στάλθηκε ελατωματικό (Δεν υπήρχαν τα πίσω ποδαράκια στήριξης). Σε επικοινωνία που είχα με την εταιρεία με καθυσίχασαν και μου την αντικατέστησαν αμέσως με άλλη ψησταριά και επίσης το πακετο περιείχε και δώρο έκπληξη λόγω της αναστάτωσης που δημιουργήθηκε . Να μην ξεχάσω να αναφέρω οτι την ελλατωματική ΔΕΝ την δέχτηκαν πίσω λεγοντάς μου να την κρατήσω για ανταλακτικά. Όπως καταλαβαίνετε πρόκειται για εταιρεία με αρχές και άριστη εξυπηρέτηση στους πελάτες της, Ένα μεγάλο ευχαρηστώ για την συνεργασία που είαχμε και μακαρι όλες οι εταιρίε να ήταν τόσο επαγκελματίες όπως η Uncle George.
