Guilty or Accomplice? one wonders in this -paradoxically- cheerful play. What happens when on a masquerade night at the inn the Black Bear, the Devil, "plays his game," and how can this "game" affect a curious innkeeper, a card player sunk in debt, his neglected wife, and a lecherous nobleman? Each of these "perfectly" honest citizens commits a sin! Each of them complains about the immorality of the other and accuses them. Yet, who among them commits the greatest sin?
