The Daiwa reels represent a technological revolution in the field of fishing, even under competitive conditions. The Exceler reel is constructed from Zaion V, a uniquely dense carbon that provides exceptional rigidity, comparable to aluminum, while being resistant to saltwater corrosion.

The ATD brake technology is integrated into the Exceler, offering completely linear braking and making the management of fine lines particularly easy. The six bearings provide excellent performance, while the ultra-light Air Spool and aluminum handle contribute to reducing the overall weight of the reel.

The handle is screwed onto the main gear, eliminating play and providing reliability and strength to the reel.
