The sound is a bit heavy, you get used to it but there wasn't any setting to help (e.g. driver, windows setting). Also, although there were instructions (picture in mini manual) for use either with USB and disconnecting the cable (at an intermediate point) for jack use... something like that does not apply based on the structure and wiring of the cable (this particular model is only for USB connection).
