The problem is that it often gets out of sync, and when you press to turn it off, it doesn't turn off and goes to the next setting, meaning it gets louder! It suddenly starts working without you pressing anything! They told us from the company to turn off the power and after a while for 10 seconds to press the On-Off, meaning to reset it. Imagine this happening when you have already laid down, the fan doesn't turn off on a Friday evening, and you have to wait to find the responsible employee on Monday! We bought two fans for the bedrooms, and suddenly while we were turning one on, the fan in the other room would suddenly turn on too! Again, a phone call with the corresponding hold time at the company and resetting again!!! Additionally, the instructions for the light in Greek are minimal, and no one tells you anything about its capabilities, essentially a "come on, just details..." The 3 stars are for the simple design and the quiet gentle operation when it works without the problems I mentioned.
