The HMS DD10 is a durable pull-up bar model from the HMS brand. It can be mounted both on the wall and on the ceiling. The bar is an essential tool for the home, as it can be used for a variety of exercises, primarily for pull-ups.

This exercise significantly strengthens the latissimus dorsi muscle, which covers a large part of the back, making its strengthening essential. During pull-ups, the biceps muscle is also significantly activated.

The DD10 offers the convenience of grip switching, thanks to the additional grips it features. This allows for pull-ups with different grips (overhand and underhand), as well as with a neutral grip, thus enhancing muscle engagement from various angles. The ability to adjust the distance of the grips helps achieve symmetrical muscle development.
