Wow Brow by e.l.f. Cosmetics is a tinted brow mascara. It fills gaps, colors hairs to the desired shade, and creates an effect of thicker eyebrows.

The product is enriched with microfibers that help achieve fuller brows. It has a hybrid wax-gel texture, durable. The formula also contains kaolin.

The product is particularly useful if your brow shade doesn't match your hair root color or if you simply want to make them slightly darker/lighter. How to use it? Just brush the hairs in the desired direction using the circular brush. You can do this before or after defining with pencil or paste. If you are satisfied with the shape of your eyebrows but want to adjust their density, apply the mascara in a single layer.
