The AXAGON PCEM2-N internal adapter connects an M.2 SSD NVMe drive to a desktop computer via the PCI-Express bus. It supports single- and double-sided drives with an M or B+M key and allows the computer to boot from the SSD. The thermally conductive pad and copper ventilation holes help dissipate heat.

The four-lane PCI-Express connection is compatible with x4, x8 and x16 slots, while the output connector is a 75-pin NGFF socket with an M key. Plug and Play operation requires no driver installation. The package includes a low-profile bracket, a thermally conductive pad, mounting hardware and a screwdriver.
