Initially, they seem to be of good quality and fit well. There are 2 sets of screws of different lengths included in the packaging. Before installing spacers on your handlebars, ask others who have the same bike as yours if they had any issues with cables or throttle (gas, choke) as damage may occur. I had an issue with the throttle. Other than that, the product does what it describes.
