As for build quality, it could be better, but at this price and for its size, I would say it is acceptable. Regarding the grilling, it cooks evenly, the thermostat is very useful, and the plates, at least for now, have a good non-stick coating.

I bought it because I have used a similar Singer which toasted sandwiches excellently and I thought this one would do the same. Unfortunately, it is no different from an old noname one I had. It doesn't crisp the toast, I tried fully heating the plates and setting the thermostat to the toast position, but the result was very mediocre.

For the money, it's honest!!!! It takes a little while to reach temperature, about 3-4 minutes compared to some others, but it cooks evenly, doesn't burn them, and we're talking about toasting tortillas and pies. Anyone who wants to grill burgers, skewers, etc., should get a grill.

After the Bosch-TFB3302V gave up after 4 years (Every two years a malfunction in the thermostat, I have evaluated it in detail), I decided to get this one to save myself, hoping that it will have a different brand of thermostat.... Reading the reviews for Toast, which is the main use, it seemed that everything will go well... the result? At the highest setting (3), the cheese melts and the bread doesn't toast.... I tried to tinker with the thermostat (I am a technician, don't try it) and I see the same brand (ridiculous), at least it's a different model. I adjusted it and finally it makes crispy toast quickly.

To the manufacturer: Please put a better thermostat, because the one it has until 3 doesn't even work for toast.

I bought the toaster yesterday and today I toasted the first sandwiches. It cooks them quickly and evenly. Today, I will try it with chicken to see what results I will have.
