Optavid baby S is a sterile, isotonic saline solution, natural composition, with physiological pH, thin consistency, without preservatives and thickeners.

It contains plant aqueous extracts of Echinacea (Echinacea Pallida) and Eyebright (Euphrasia officinalis), zinc, and vitamin E-TPGS.

The Eyebright extract:

  • Soothes eye inflammations
  • Reduces tearing and redness
  • Promotes healing of the eye mucosa
  • Relieves dryness and eye pain

Eyebright has excellent therapeutic properties for eye diseases, as confirmed by numerous scientific studies. At the University Children's Hospital in Bern, Switzerland, monitoring of neonatal eye symptoms was conducted. The study showed the effectiveness of Eyebright in reducing eye redness in more than 60% of newborns.

Echinacea extract protects the eyes and has antioxidant action.
