What do users say? AI-generated summary

Users mainly appreciate its sturdy, high-quality construction and practical design. They also describe it as compact and convenient for winding up and storing the hose. However, assembly and winding can take some effort, especially with a ¾-inch hose, and some question how well the plastic will hold up over time.

It is a bit light and when the elastic is untied it moves constantly, but otherwise it seems sturdy

Very good construction, sturdy, no leaks and it really fits 30 meters of ¾ hose. It might be a bit difficult when winding it up, but I don't consider it a significant problem.
I didn't expect anything less from Gardena!

    Very good construction. Sturdy.
The rubber inside is inserted with an angle, which theoretically helps prevent the rubber from breaking. The outer handle folds to take up less space.
Perhaps a bit pricey, for household use you can do just fine with something simpler and more economical.
