Wrench suitable for heavy pipes, used for rotating pipes and fittings made of soft iron with a rounded surface. The design of the adjustable jaw allows it to lock onto the frame, so any forward pressure on the handle tends to tighten the jaws. The teeth angled in the direction of rotation penetrate the soft pipe.
