In the third year, it developed a refrigerant leak. Although I had activated the warranty, the company said that it should be serviced at an authorized store every year. I had it repaired for €60 and they kept it for 2 weeks for monitoring. Needless to say, I will not be getting anything from this company again.

I have had it for almost six years.. It reduces humidity below 50+... The only slightly negative thing it has is that it is not completely silent as described in the description! And it has not presented any damage to me at all!!

1) It is very noisy.
2) It does not lower the humidity below 50%.
3) It worked during the winter for four years and recently burned out for no reason. The service told me that the circuit board and motor burned out and it is not worth repairing.
It is a shame for it to work occasionally for four seasons and then burn out.
DO NOT BUY IT, IT IS INAPPROPRIATE

The best thing that has come out. Bought in 2014, it works non-stop and has only asked for one sensor for €20 in 2022!

I bought it in October 2016 - It works perfectly - in a few hours, it completely dries the clothes in a closed room. I agree with the positive comments of other buyers. You can't describe it as noisy - For the negative comments, it is possible for a device to malfunction due to unstable factors such as power outage and restoration, etc. I recommend it for purchase.

I bought the dehumidifier for my parents 2 years ago. In the 2 years, both plates broke and the dehumidifier doesn't work. The company is supposed to provide a 5-year warranty for the other components. However, there is a leaflet inside stating that you have to activate it, otherwise it doesn't apply. They expect elderly people to go through the process of reading the fine print of the warranty and go to a website to activate it. In consecutive phone calls, they showed complete indifference and said that they simply don't care because the warranty is not activated. Despite having a receipt for verification of the purchase date. NEVER AGAIN JUROPRO, therefore, I recommend staying away.

2. The company's handling of the warranty is dismissive and morally wrong.

I have been using this device for three years at maximum speed... It is very effective, instantly cleans the atmosphere, and does not consume much for what it offers, it has not caused any problems. One negative aspect is that it is a bit noisy, but compared to everything mentioned above, you don't think about it at all.

Very good dehumidifier. I have been using it in a 120m2 ground floor for about a year and it is very good. For its price, its performance and how much it consumes, it is a very good choice. As for the noise, it does make some, but I believe no dehumidifier is silent. That's why I don't give it a negative vote.

Excellent dehumidification in a space that includes 3 bedrooms and a large hallway (placed in the hallway) with a total area of 70 sqm. The only drawback is its noise, but it is a powerful machine, so I don't think it can be any different.

I have had it for 1 year. In a home with 85% humidity, it reduces the level to the desired level in a very short time, even at low speed. If not the best in its category, one of the top ones. It does its job at 100%. It has reduced the humidity from 80 to 60 in a house with a terrace and 95 square meters in 1 week. For better and more stable humidity and temperature levels, I recommend using heating. Not too much. 19 degrees.

I have been using it for over 5 years, almost every day... it is perfectly silent, the only thing you can hear is the air that the fan emits, I haven't done any maintenance at all, I just clean its filters easily... it releases water according to the humidity of the room, its tank has filled up in 12 hours and sometimes even more than 24 hours. I am completely satisfied with this dehumidifier.

In the 4 years that I have had it, it has had 2 problems which were repaired. It makes a continuous annoying humming noise at full power and the company told me that it is normal and caused by the compressor.

I have had it for 5 years. The only thing I do is press its button and it starts working, and I empty the water container. Nothing else! It has not had a single flaw! I have not unscrewed a single screw for repair! Its construction is very high-quality, it is efficient and quickly reduces humidity, and its noise level is moderate. I bought it 2 years ago and regretted it in the first month to the point where I stopped using it. Let's start: 1) The construction is simply fake. I took it to the service center twice because it was making a lot of noise, but they didn't do anything. It does its job, flawlessly so far (5 months). The panel is easy to handle while the water tank is relatively user-friendly. In terms of noise, it is definitely audible, but not annoying in tone. Two negative aspects are that the ionizer does not operate simultaneously with the dehumidifier (either one or the other) and the warranty requires annual maintenance by an authorized service of unknown cost.

1 The operating time is simply perfect, I have it in a 66 square meter house running 24 hours a day, I have set it to reach 55% humidity and then it stops and simply eliminates the humidity, the first two days the tank filled quickly, and then it fills approximately every two to two and a half days. Even the more remote toilet makes a corner to fit in, every morning I used to see moisture on the floor in the corners, now there is no moisture there either, my wife also uses it for drying clothes. I highly recommend it with closed eyes. The only drawback is that it is not silent, do not believe the people if they tell you that it is silent, you just get used to the noise. Personally, it caught fire from the inside and emitted smoke after a year of use!!! I don't know why, as it was in a controlled place far away from everything, maybe it was a coincidence.. or maybe this specific model had some defect from the beginning.

I am a user of this specific dehumidifier for one week. The house is about 110m2 and in Athens. I can say that it collects a lot of water in the tank, which I did not expect. I do not have a hygrometer, so I cannot check if the humidity indicator is accurate. I have set it to 55 and I see that it works for several hours. Its HUGE drawback is the noise. It sounds like having a fan at full intensity. There is no way you can sleep in the same room, of course. When it is quiet (e.g. at night), I am in the living room and I am bothered by the noise it makes even though it is at the end of the hallway. It is suitable for daytime use or when you are away from home. Otherwise, it is a sturdy construction, it has convenient wheels, and a huge tank.

Very good choice.. worth its money.. I already use it every day, the noise level doesn't bother me.. besides, it has a lower fan mode. On low... it sounds like an air conditioner.. the bin needs cleaning because it collects mold.
The only thing I haven't asked about is the cost of the activated carbon filter it has.. which logically you would change every year..
