Alchimica Hyperseal Expert 150 is a polyurethane sealant for contraction and expansion joints. It cures with atmospheric moisture and has a low modulus of elasticity, accommodating joint movement of up to 50%. Its thixotropic properties allow application in large vertical joints.
It is suitable for joints in buildings, precast concrete elements, metal frames, swimming pools and water tanks, as well as granite and marble. It is also used for bonding and sealing aluminium panels and for sealing glass. It adheres to various substrates without a primer, including glass, aluminium and polycarbonate, and is resistant to chemicals, microorganisms and fungi. It remains elastic at temperatures down to -40 °C.
