    The quality of the inox is not satisfactory. I bought it a month ago. The inox scratches very easily and I don't want to use anything other than a sponge to avoid scratching it. Especially the electric eye that has been used only 4 times for a pressure cooker has started to turn yellow around the rim and it leaves stains that cannot be removed with a simple sponge. What a shame! I had another brand of 3+1 stoves and I replaced it after 12 years, the inox was still like new.
