My work is multidimensional. I like to do many things, but in recent years I have realized that everything I enjoy doing is related to cooking. This sense of creation was what was missing from my life, and from the moment I understood that, I automatically filled a gap that had existed inside me for the past few years. I can't say that I am a child of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. On the contrary, I consider social media to be just a part of my work and not a part of my real life, which is full of simple, everyday moments with my husband, Alexandros, and my son, Maximos.
But why did I decide to write a cookbook? Aren't there already enough cookbooks? Yes, maybe there are. I would never say that my book is much better than those already on bookstore shelves. But in this book, one can find easy, quick, tasty, healthy recipes, each of which has fewer than 350 calories. Essentially, it is aimed at people who want to treat their bodies well.
I created and cooked each recipe myself, drawing inspiration from various world cuisines. I took all the photos myself, did the styling on my own, and felt complete satisfaction upon finishing it. And all this took me much longer than I expected. Three months became six, and six became two years. A huge project for a working mother.
