The safety floors are made from 100% recycled rubber granules, a mixture of polyurethane and pigment.

They are suitable for use by children as they do not contain harmful substances or materials, and a certificate from Reach is provided (contains no carcinogenic substances).

They are available in 50 x 50cm tiles in green color.

They can be easily installed on well-compacted soil as well as on concrete surfaces using polyurethane glue.

Ideal for installation in playgrounds, sports fields, parks, etc.

They come with quality certificates for use in public spaces EMI-TUV SUD LTD.

Certified according to EN1177:2008 standards.

Certified according to the requirements of the European regulation REACH, that they do not contain polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.

  • High impact fall ratings by floor thickness:
  • 20mm thickness - fall height 0.70 meters, 16.8kg/m2
  • 30mm thickness - fall height 1.10 meters, 21.1kg/m2
  • 40mm thickness - fall height 1.40 meters, 25.2kg/m2
  • 50mm thickness - fall height 1.80 meters, 25.8kg/m2

REACH certification: limits the presence of carcinogenic or toxic substances in safety floors, according to the European Regulation REACH.

The floors used in sports fields and playgrounds must not contain polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in percentages exceeding 0.0001%.

The European Commission has requested the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) to conduct a risk assessment regarding human health from dermal exposure, ingestion, and inhalation of these substances contained in the referred floors.
