The BIRKENSTOCK Arizona is a genuine classic sandal, with two straps that represent timeless design. The upper is made of high-quality nubuck leather.

Upper Material: Nubuck Leather

Nubuck leather is the result of a gentle polishing of the grain layer of the leather. It is soft to the touch and develops a beautiful patina over time.

Insole: Natural leather

Natural leather can be recognized by its raw surface. BIRKENSTOCK deliberately does not process the surface grains and other characteristics. BIRKENSTOCK uses sturdy leather with a thickness of 2.8 to 3.2 millimeters as the upper material.

Insole Material: Cork

Cork is a sustainable material extracted from the bark layer of the cork oak tree. This natural product is insulating and offers very good shock absorption.

Outsole: EVA

EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) is a high-quality, very lightweight, elastic material with exceptionally good shock absorption. As a result, it smooths out minor floor irregularities and ensures that every step is gently cushioned.
