The Lâg Tramontane BlueWave 2 TBW2DCE LH is a left-handed Dreadnought electro-acoustic guitar with a Venetian cutaway, equipped with the BlueWave smart preamp system. It combines a solid Red Cedar top with Santos Rosewood back and sides, producing a warm tone with balanced low-mid frequencies and an extended harmonic range. Its internal electro-acoustic actuator produces Reverb and Delay effects directly through the body, without an external amplifier, while also functioning as a Bluetooth speaker for audio streaming. The guitar is finished with an Okoume neck, a Blackwood (Branko Wood) fingerboard and bridge, a rechargeable lithium battery with a USB-C port, and an open-pore satin finish.

Wood Selection & Dreadnought Cutaway Acoustic Design

The Lâg TBW2DCE LH is based on a Dreadnought body shape with an ergonomic Venetian Cutaway, providing powerful acoustic projection, a generous internal air volume and easy access to the upper frets. The top is made from solid Red Cedar, a lower-density tonewood than spruce that offers a quick response, warmth and rich harmonics, even with a light touch. The Santos Rosewood back and sides add firmness to the bass foundation and clear separation in the highs, creating a balanced acoustic spectrum.

BlueWave Smart Preamp Technology & Built-In Effects

At the heart of the instrument is the BlueWave Smart Preamp system, which uses an internal electroacoustic transducer (Actuator) mounted beneath the soundboard. The actuator converts the processed signal into mechanical vibrations, using the wooden body itself as a natural speaker to produce Reverb and Delay effects without external amplification. Control is provided by discreet rotary knobs on the upper side of the body, allowing the effects to be blended in real time.

Bluetooth Audio Connectivity & Rechargeable USB-C Battery

The BlueWave electronic circuit features an integrated Bluetooth Audio receiver, turning the guitar’s speaker into a natural acoustic amplifier for playing music or backing tracks from portable devices (smartphones, tablets). The system is powered by a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery, which charges via a standard USB-C port integrated into the output panel, eliminating the need for disposable 9V batteries.

Okoume Ergonomics, BrankoWood Composite Materials & Graphite Components

The neck is made of Okoume with a satin finish that makes it easy for the left hand to move smoothly along the entire 25.6" (650 mm) scale. The fingerboard and bridge are made of Black BrankoWood, a high-density, thermally modified eco-friendly pine wood designed to resist wear and changes in humidity. The 1.69" (43 mm) nut and compensated saddle made of black graphite ensure accurate intonation, reduced friction, and tuning stability when paired with the Die-Cast 18:1 sealed tuning machines.
