5 stars from me for the performance/price ratio and also for the features/price. Here follows a necessary note.
Because I have noticed complaints about the instructions being in German in other Panasonic wireless phone reviews, one must pay attention to the following fact. In the Greek market, there are devices that are imported exclusively by the Greek importing company and devices directly imported from the central importer of the whole of Europe, which is based in Hamburg, Germany (the Greek importing company is supplied by them). So, pay attention to the last letters that are written on the type of each model. For example, in this specific phone model KX-TGH210 GRB, the GR at the end indicates that the model is intended for Greece, and the B indicates the color of the device (G for black, W for white). KX-TGH210 G is the model for Germany, KX-TGH210 JT is for Italy, etc.
Practically, for the device, the characteristics and its function do not change anything. What changes are the languages in which the information is written on the packaging (on the box), the language in which the enclosed documents (user manuals) are written, and possibly some accompanying accessories. For example, if you get the German version, you will only find a manual in German and additionally, the accompanying telephone cable for Greece will probably be useless to you because it does not have RJ11 connectors on both sides, but on one end (the one that connects to the base of the telephone) it has an RJ11 and on the other end it has a TAE connector, which is more common in Germany where they use the corresponding sockets. Therefore, for those for whom these are important factors, they should make sure to buy a product whose code at the end has GR.
Regarding the device, I will mention the most important things that are not mentioned in the general technical specifications. The most important thing that many people ask is whether it has the Greek language as an option, and yes, it does, and you can write contacts in the directory with Greek characters (only capital letters) after making the corresponding selection first. You can use up to 16 characters for each name. The menu does not have lightning-fast response, but it does not delay in any case to an annoying extent. I am a customer of OTE and the caller ID appears on the screen at the first ring (I do not know if it will be the same with another provider). The battery life is very satisfactory, but anyone who wants something more can easily replace the two NiMH batteries provided with the device (550 mAh) with other batteries of the same type (NiMH AAA 1.2V) with a larger capacity without any problem, as the manufacturer does not set any limit regarding the capacity of the batteries, only regarding the type. The device is very lightweight, the build quality and assembly are flawless, and it also has a backlit keypad, the illumination of which can be fully deactivated if desired. The quality of the handset and the conversation is also excellent (although this factor may depend on the condition of the telephone service to which each person belongs). Finally, in case of a power outage, it can still function (essentially as a wired phone) when placed exclusively on its base, and the duration depends on how much battery it had when the power outage occurred. In the negatives, I would mention the fact that if the ECO mode is selected, the corresponding logo appears on the screen instead of the signal indicator, so you can no longer see if the device has a strong signal in the position you are in or not. Some people may also consider the ringtone volume as a negative factor, as it is not very loud, but for me, it is not a negative factor as the philosophy of cordless phones is to have them within close proximity to you at all times, no matter where you are in the house. Beyond that, anyone who wants a cordless phone with smartphone capabilities and functions will not find them here. They would have to go up several categories and spend more money, something that I personally would never do for a home cordless phone, and the reason is obvious. With this one, for €40, I have everything I need (and even more) and I don't care at all if it explodes (just saying), if it falls down, if a truck runs over it, etc.
