It features the innovative PastaFacile motor, which ensures even dough sheet opening effortlessly. The rollers are adjustable to 6 different thicknesses, allowing full control over the dough thickness. The included double cutter (Duplex) allows you to prepare two classic types of pasta:
- Tagliatelle (2 mm)
- Fettuccine (6.5 mm)
Using Imperia accessories (sold separately), you can make a wide variety of pasta dishes: spaghetti, capelli d'angelo, tagliatelle, trenette, fettuccine, lasagnette, pappardelle, reginette, raviolini, ravioli, cavatelli, gnocchetti sardi, and rigatelli.
