The be quiet! Silent Wings 4 case fan directs airflow through blades optimized for high performance on heatsinks and radiators. The frame with funnel-shaped air outlets and the small clearance at the blade tips contribute to high air pressure. The 6-pole motor reduces vibration and power consumption, while the push-pin anti-vibration mounts allow it to be installed as a case fan; screw mounting is also possible.

Speed is controlled via PWM by the motherboard. The fluid-dynamic bearing (FDB) supports smooth operation, and the fan has a lifespan of 300,000 hours.
