I received it on February 27th, today June 8th it just stopped working for no reason. I have requested a refund and I am waiting to see what they will tell me.

Very good so far, we only use it for toast, disadvantage is that it doesn't have a switch, and you will need a plug with a switch!

After less than 10 uses, the resistor suddenly burned out and it also tripped the main circuit breaker of the house.

Nothing special, my older Rohnson toasted better. Also, after a month of use, the plastic on the side broke after normal pressure on the sandwich maker's handle. Unacceptable

It is a good sandwich maker for the period I have had it and it is easy to clean. It is not as large in surface area as I thought but it's okay!

Good purchase. The plates come off and are easy to clean. The only "problem" that made things difficult for me is the relatively short power cord.

We use it on a daily basis as a family of five and so far we have been very satisfied. It heats up quickly and cooks evenly, whether it's a simple toast or a thick sandwich. The removable plates are a big advantage because they are easy to clean and can go in the dishwasher. The construction is sturdy and so far it withstands daily use without problems.

Just a small note regarding the maximum power: if you don't pay attention to the cooking time, especially with thin bread, the toast can easily burn. It takes some getting used to.

Heats up quickly, satisfactory space for toast, fits 4 comfortably. Sturdy construction and has good insulation, your hand doesn't get burned if you touch it on top

Very beautiful, unfortunately it arrived with damage in 3 spots. I wonder if its color will last over time

Very good toaster, nice design, toasts very well, power dial setting just below the middle. Fits 3 toasts, for 4 it's a bit difficult although I might be wrong. Removable plates for washing. Now, for other types of grilling (meat, chicken, etc.) I have no opinion. Fast and crispy toasting. Worth it.

Ideal for 3 uses. I actually bought it 20 days ago and today I decided to try grilling, and in the middle of grilling it just turned off. It doesn't heat up at all... It broke on the third use

Truly incredible, it cooks quickly and well, the plates are very easy to clean. I use it only for toast, for 4 toasts it is perfect. I have had it for 3-4 months. I would rate it excellent in everything.

It is a bit large in size but that's, let's say, the only negative, if you consider it a negative, you know what you're getting.

Other than that, it has very powerful plates, makes bread and toast crispy quite quickly, much faster than any other sandwich maker I've ever had.

Also, the plates are very, very easily removable and clean much more easily, although food doesn't really stick to them in the first place.

Very good for the first month I've been using it. An advantage is the removable plates, which are easy to clean, and the relatively small space it occupies. However, it's still early. It doesn't have an on/off button, but if you leave the thermostat all the way to the left there's no problem, it's as if it's off. Mainly used for heating (pies, souvlaki, burgers) and also for toast. I haven't properly tried the grill yet.

the only negative is that when you want to heat something the top plate does not sit horizontally but has to rest its back part, resulting in the space of the toaster being reduced.

It loses one star because it unfortunately doesn't have an on/off switch. Every time we have to plug and unplug it. We will go get an adapter with a switch to solve it, but it is unacceptable for the brand and the money.
