Today it was installed in a bedroom. Duration of the process from the moment the box was opened until the end of installation: almost 3 hours. I had never installed a similar fan before. Attention: IT IS NOT INSTALLED ON A HOOK on the ceiling, but with a special base that screws into the ceiling (concrete) with 4 plugs and screws plus 2 special metal concrete anchors. The longest part of the installation was drilling the holes in the ceiling. Kudos to IZZY for including the special metal anchors in the package (while another fan, Eurolamp, which I ordered but returned, did not have the special anchors included). The light is not with a bulb but with a circular base that has LEDs all around. I don't know if there is such a spare part in case it burns out. Anyway, both the light and the fan work wonderfully, and the fan is completely silent. The remote control operates the fan perfectly.
UPDATE: Later I discovered that there is also a helpful video on YouTube for installing a very similar fan, only the blades are different (see: Installation of the Morris MFC-52314 Ceiling Fan).
Σήμερα εγκαταστάθηκε σε υπνοδωμάτιο. Διάρκεια διαδικασίας από τη στιγμή που ανοίχθηκε το κουτί έως το τέλος της τοποθέτησης: σχεδόν 3 ώρες. Δεν είχα ξανατοποθετήσει πριν παρόμοιο ανεμιστήρα. Προσοχή ΔΕΝ ΤΟΘΕΤΕΙΤΑΙ ΣΕ ΓΑΝΤΖΟ στο ταβάνι, αλλά με ειδική βάση που βιδώνει στο ταβάνι (σκυρόδεμα) με 4 ούπα και βίδες συν 2 ειδικά μεταλλικά βύσματα πακτώσεως μπετού. Η μεγαλύτερη διάρκεια της τοποθέτησης ήταν να ανοιχθούν οι τρύπες στο ταβάνι. Μπράβο πάντως στην IZZY που περιλάμβανε και τα ειδικά μεταλλικά βύσματα στη συσκευασία (ενώ σε έναν άλλο ανεμιστήρα Eurolamp που παρήγγειλα αλλά τον γύρισα πίσω, δεν είχε μέσα τα ειδικά βύσματα). Το φως δεν είναι με λάμπα αλλά με μια κυκλική βάση που έχει γύρω-γύρω LED. Δεν ξέρω αν υπάρχει τέτοιο ανταλλακτικό αν τυχόν καεί. Πάντως λειτουργεί θαυμάσια και το φως και ο ανεμιστήρας ο οποίος είναι παντελώς αθόρυβος. Το τηλεχειριστήριο ελέγχει τον ανεμιστήρα άψογα.
UPDATE: Στη συνέχεια ανακαλυψα ότι υπάρχει και ένα σχετικό βοηθητικό βιντεάκι στο youtube για εγκατάσταση ενός πολύ παρόμοιου ανεμιστήρα του οποίου μόνο τα πτερύγια διαφέρουν (βλ. Εγκατάσταση του Ανεμιστήρα Οροφής Morris MFC-52314).
So this is the model IZ-9031+ which has a DC motor, at 65 watts and has 6 rotation speeds, and not 3 like the previous model (Z-9031) which has been withdrawn from the importer’s page http://www.benrubi.gr/. I have had it since May so I can say a few things. From the 5 stars, I remove 1 because on the site and in the product manual, the technical specifications do not mention anywhere how many RPM (rotation per minute) the fan rotates at each speed and how much air it pushes CFM (cubic feet per minute) or (CMM cubic meter per minute), so I cannot know since I have no other to compare if it is powerful or not. I also remove 2 stars because when the light is off and the fan is running, the light flickers as if I have a Christmas tree on the ceiling; it doesn’t do it all the time, so it remembers, there is a chance it could do it all night or not do it at all for a week. Beyond that, everything else works normally, I don’t know under these conditions how long the LED light will last before it burns out. It’s really a shame because in terms of design it’s great and it’s dark brown which fits perfectly with my house, that’s why I bought it. I placed it in the living room and was thinking of getting 2 more for the bedrooms since at the first 2 speeds it is completely silent and at the third it is barely audible, but the issue with the light worries me so I will probably try something else. Finally, regarding the installation, if you have handy hands and the tools (hammer drill, etc.) you will install it relatively easily, if not you will need an electrician.

Τον εχω απο το Μαιο οποτε μπορω να πω λιγα πραγματα , Απο τα 5 αστερια αφαιρω 1 γιατι στο site και στο manual του προιοντος στα τεχνικα χαρακτηριστικα δεν αναφερεται πουθενα με ποσες στροφες γυριζει ο ανεμιστηρας σε καθε ταχυτητα RPM (rotation per minute)) και ποσο αερα σπρωχνει CFM (cubic feet per minute) ή (CMM cubic meter per minute) επομενως δε μπορω να ξερω δεδομενου οτι δεν εχω αλλον να συγκρινω αν ειναι δυνατος ή οχι, Επισης αφαιρω 2 αστερια γιατι οταν το φως ειναι κλειστο και ανεμιστηρας λειτουργει αναβοσβηνει το φως σαν να εχω ενα χριστουγεννιατικο δεντρο στο ταβανι, δεν το κανει παντα, οποτε θυμαται , υπαρχει περιπτωση να το κανει ολο το βραδυ ή να μην το κανει καθολου επι μια εβδομαδα, απο εκει και περα ολα τα υπολοιπα λειτουργουνε κανονικα , δεν ξερω κατω απο αυτες τις συνθηκες μεχρι ποσο θ αντεξει το led φωτιστικο μεχρι να καει., κριμα πραγματικα γιατι σαν design σκιζει και ειναι και καφε σκουρο που ταιριαζει τελεια με το σπιτι μου αυτος ειναι αλλωστε ο λογος που τον πηρα, τον εβαλα στο σαλονι και ελεγα να παρω αλλους 2 για τις κρεβατοκαμαρες δεδομενου οτι στις 2 πρωτες σκαλες ειναι τελειως αθορυβος και στην τριτη ισα που ακουγεται αλλα με προβληματιζει η ιστορια με το φως αρα μαλλον θα δοκιμασω κατι αλλο. Τελος οσον αφορα την εγκατασταση , αν τα χερια σας πιανουν και εχετε τα εργαλεια (κρουστικο δραπανο κτλ) θα τον τοποθετησετε σχετικα ευκολα, αν οχι θα χρειαστειτε ηλεκτρολόγο.
