    I give it three stars because I want to be fair. I don't know if it works or not, because as soon as I got it, it bothered me. I have a thyroid issue and with the first sip it raises the antibodies in my body and I feel terrible. It has to do with the ingredients it contains. The taste is good, but for those who have sensitivity due to the issue I mentioned, I do not recommend it.
