The authorized service was incredibly slow with the process, obviously due to the workload because the company is defective!!       Very bad television and QUALITY in terms of colors mainly in the shade of black and as FUNCTION. I have the exact same one but the 21 model!! From the beginning it was sticking as software, it didn't open the applications many times and it wanted you to unplug it and plug it back in to unlock it.. But the main issue is that I made the mistake and I didn't put the 5-YEAR WARRANTY and I left it in the 2-YEAR and within 3 YEARS it has broken 2 TIMES THE PANEL (the 2nd now) resulting in now that it is not worth repairing because it is half the cost and I have to buy a new one! AWAY! WASTED MONEY!

      Within a year it developed a fault!! It was repaired under warranty and within 10 days it had the same problem again, so I requested a replacement which was not accepted!! The authorized service was incredibly slow with the process, obviously due to the workload because the company is defective!!       Very bad television and QUALITY in terms of colors mainly in the shade of black and as FUNCTION. I have the exact same one but the 21 model!! From the beginning it was sticking as software, it didn't open the applications many times and it wanted you to unplug it and plug it back in to unlock it.. But the main issue is that I made the mistake and I didn't put the 5-YEAR WARRANTY and I left it in the 2-YEAR and within 3 YEARS it has broken 2 TIMES THE PANEL (the 2nd now) resulting in now that it is not worth repairing because it is half the cost and I have to buy a new one! AWAY! WASTED MONEY!
