I had good results with berberine from another company, and when I found this one at a better price, I bought 3 packs because I thought it would be the same.

Absolutely nothing. I didn't see any difference for about the first month and a half, and I said I'd give it another chance for another month, and in the end I've been going on for almost 3 months with diet and the product is "a total dud." Look for something else instead.

In prediabetes, when I was taking it without a schedule I didn't notice any difference, but when I tried the generally recommended way, that is to take it half an hour before each meal, then I noticed a significant difference in cravings afterwards and in the overall feeling of hunger! This is the second box I am taking and I take one pill before breakfast and one before lunch.

As a substance, berberine can be beneficial for most people, but for me, in the three weeks I've been taking it, it gives me a stomachache every time and sometimes even diarrhea, unfortunately.
