Unproblematic operation in an area barely within Cosmote's 5G network - by the way, the title is wrong, it mentions 4G. You don't need to do anything, just insert the SIM, it connects, you set up the wifi details (name/password) and you connect. Management is super easy via app or PC. Speeds are very good, but when a crowd gathers on the beach in front of me and the cell gets 'overloaded', speeds drop sharply - understandable, but it's not the device's fault, it's the provider's...

  • Very good speed with a Cosmote card. It replaces the landline phone and Internet, of course, in an area that has good signal.

the best I have bought, it lives up to it and some companies in Greece now have something like this that they give for routers but all the routers from companies are locked to the speed you pay for while this one, no matter how much you pay, gives you whatever your area provides. I have it in the village and I get 200+ Mbps, provided you have a SIM card from the company that gives the best coverage in your area and you make a contract with unlimited DATA. It works better without an antenna but if you have or want to get an antenna to install, get one that is worth it and not worse than the built-in one

Very good for its job, we connected 3 IP cameras and plenty of mobiles/laptops and it worked just fine. Of course, the speed you get depends on the 5G signal in the area where you place it and not on the router itself.

I deduct 1 star only because it doesn't come with the external antennas (it doesn't need them to function). For €260, for 2 little antennas to be 'missing' just to get the extra range they would offer you, without significant cost to the manufacturer, is a bit petty.

It took me 2 hours to set it up, the instructions don't help with the network, only with the connection, you need further IT knowledge.

There are no instructions to help you with the network settings. I work in IT and I struggled, maybe I'm lacking in some knowledge, however I managed to set it up in about two hours after network configurations.

It is not plug and play, it needs settings. If you don't have IT knowledge, you will need to consult someone who does. However, it is quite powerful in terms of speed but it needs antennas for boosting which are not included in the box, you pay extra for them, while I believe they should be included.
However, it is worth the money for someone who knows about IT and intends to use unlimited DATA. I hope I helped

At first I was hesitant because inside the house with my phone I don't get 5G (Samsung A55 Nova) and I had a max of 40mbps. Nevertheless, I took the risk to buy it and see if it would be better. As you can see in the photos, it gets 5G normally and the speed is not at all bad. Now I have triple the speed compared to VDSL and I pay 1/3 of the money. The router will pay for itself in 1 year. It couldn't have gone better.

Although Crazy Sundays put it 50 euros cheaper today, I bought it from Cosmote for the technical support. The Archer NX200 does not have an RJ11 port and is AX1800.

The cost is high and the speed is desperately slow

    Update**

The position where you place it matters a lot, I had it next to the window with terrible speed and I moved it 40 centimeters to the side and with the window open (?) it gets crazy speeds. Ideally, it should be placed outdoors

At first, I had it with a Vodafone SIM. Constant disconnections and with 5G max 50mbps. Very detailed APN settings in the profile, but still constant disconnections and problems. Finally, with a Cosmote SIM, it automatically picked up settings from the network, and consistently over 240Mbps. No disconnections anymore. As for Vodafone, there’s a reason they do this, and it has to do with the registered 5G devices they sell. Anything else is not compatible with their network. And when you ask them why they don’t register all the TP-Link routers, they don’t know what to answer. ONLY what they sell works properly, like those pocket Wi-Fi devices, etc.

Without being an expert, I believe it does what it promises. Speeds that it reaches in the area at the limits of the Heraklion region are 250/10. I also monitor its operation remotely via cloud. It also has the capability for mesh, but that is not something that concerns my use (it feeds access points in different apartments)

Amazing 5G modem/router. I have it with a Cosmote sim. I first put the sim in a mobile phone to activate the 5G and disable the pin. So far, I have been using it for 5 months and I haven't had a single disconnection. In an area near Thessaloniki with good 5G signal but nonexistent FTTH infrastructure, this solution was the only way to go, but I have no regrets at all. It connects normally to a regular phone device (not IP). I should mention that I have returned the phone signal to the nearest phone socket so that I can connect phone devices to all the sockets in the house. Also, the alarm system recognizes the phone signal normally (so it can make calls when it goes off). If you have a good 5G signal, get it with your eyes closed

The speeds speak for themselves; with less money, you get speeds that don't exist in my area. Also, the router has a line to connect a landline, allowing you to take advantage of both data and voice if you want to make your calls normally.

I have been using it for only 2 days. As a machine, it is very good. You can see which devices are connected and how many MB are being consumed. I am using it with Vodafone's SIM internet for sharing. It requires communication with the mobile company for the settings, in order to create the user profile on the router. When I contacted them, they set it up themselves and in the end, it automatically took the settings and I only needed to confirm them. As shown in the photo, it reaches speeds from 7.50 to 309 Mbps. The internet is unstable because it is not a fixed line, but a signal through mobile telephony. I believe the same will happen with all mobile companies.

When you set it up to work with Vodafone it will fly.
With COSMOTE you insert the SIM card and you are ready in a minute.
It's a bit tricky to set up but it does what it promises.
You can choose frequency and band.
It surpasses the iPhone in speedtest speeds for the same provider.

It does exactly what it promises! At first, when you set it up with the application, it asks you to create a profile for the Internet that requires APN and such. I filled it out but then it didn't connect to the internet with that profile.... so I went back to the application, deleted it, restarted, and it worked perfectly! Also:
    1) In the phone port, I tried connecting both a wireless and a traditional phone and I can make and receive calls from the sim inside normally!
    2) The landlines I connected work normally and their calls are recognized!!
    3) If you first go to the application and BIND your TP-Link ID, then you can access the modem page 192.168.1.1 with your TP Link account.

I will give it three stars because I almost threw it away until it connected!! It doesn't take the settings by itself; you have to input them, so it's not exactly plug and play, and if you don't know, you need to talk to the provider! Don't worry if it doesn't recognize any card (I tried from two providers and it didn't recognize any at first); you need to input the settings first. Other than that, once it connects, it does what it says, nice build, but we'll see how long it lasts!!

upd: I will give it one more star. After three months of use, it works just fine with Cosmote. With Vodafone, it's slower, but it’s probably due to the area. If at some point we have regular 5G in Greece, I believe it will fly since Cosmote has it on devices that support standalone 5G.

    Easy set up
    Replacement for tplink archer600 4g +
In an area with medium signal, from a maximum of 60 giga with the old router I saw speeds up to 220. I believe it is a very good purchase and I am absolutely satisfied

Incredible machine. It provides faster speed than the mobile. With the Aginet app, I can remotely access the Web Interface of the router and lock or unlock devices, or make any other settings I want.

I placed it in a waterproof box on the roof and sent them power via PoE with a splitter before the device. It works amazingly. I get 650 Mbps 5G.

Incredible router, before this I had a ZTE MC888 and it really exhausted me a lot. The TP-Link for the past 2 months has not needed a single restart. I use it with a Cosmote SIM card. No settings are required, you just plug it in and it's ready

In my area, although it only picks up 5G, it started connecting and maintaining the connection only when I switched the setting to 4G only. It still brings speeds over 70Mbps even with 4G only.

    Super speeds

  • Unproblematic operation in an area barely within Cosmote's 5G network - by the way, the title is wrong, it mentions 4G.

  • the best I have bought, it lives up to it and some companies in Greece now have something like this that they give for routers but all the routers from companies are locked to the speed you pay for while this one, no matter how much you pay, gives you whatever your area provides. I have it in the village and I get 200+ Mbps, provided you have a SIM card from the company that gives the best coverage in your area and you make a contract with unlimited DATA. It works better without an antenna but if you have or want to get an antenna to install, get one that is worth it and not worse than the built-in one

  • Very good for its job, we connected 3 IP cameras and plenty of mobiles/laptops and it worked just fine.
