Safe usage: Do not use essential oils directly on the body. Use a carrier oil such as: almond oil, jojoba oil, etc., and add in a ratio of 10ml (carrier oil) to up to 5 drops of essential oil. Individuals with heart conditions and hypertension should use them with caution and under medical advice.

Do not expose yourself to the sun after using any citrus essential oil such as (Lemon, Orange, etc.) for 12 hours as they can cause skin irritation and photosensitivity.
