They lasted about 800km of training and races, many of them on rocky terrain. The sole has excellent grip, the shoe provides very good support in areas where the ground is sloped (off camber), and overall an excellent fit. Highly recommended.

Light shoe, the sole is like gum even when wet it has a good drop it is just right for mountain running. Good grip not waterproof.

My God! Unbelievable grip. Super lightweight shoe with a natural forward tilt that gives you the push to keep going. The best there is! For long walks on concrete, asphalt, etc. they remind me of Brooks Ghost because they have great shock absorption but are also super lightweight!!!
