The Colour Mill oil-based edible colors collection offers perfect, vibrant, and bold color finishes for cake designs. The oil-soluble colors allow the pigment to disperse into rich, fatty mediums such as sugar, eggs, and butter without the presence of water-based ingredients.

These colors blend better than traditional water-based gels and provide stunningly bright, rich, and stable shades that do not fade. They work excellently in buttercream, Swiss meringue, chocolate, cake mixes, and more.

Each bottle contains 20 ml and features a dispenser cap with a squeeze mechanism for greater precision. Additionally, the oil-soluble liquids can be diluted with alcohol to create edible colorings. Please note that, due to the oil content, they may require more drying time than usual.
