Review this product
  • Was it easy to read?
  • Was it interesting enough?
  • I liked the writing style
  • I would read a book by the same author
  • I would recommend it for reading
  • I didn’t like it at all. Very slow, it kept repeating the same things, and it analyzed to a disgusting degree the simplest thoughts and movements of the protagonists. Right where the plot should have reached its peak, we were dealing with the protagonist’s nostalgia for his broken family and his anxiety about whether he is a good father. I really didn’t like the first-person narration of a character who ultimately dies, and the third part ends up in the third person. Very badly written. Nice idea, poor execution.

«But how is something like this possible?»

«Have you ever wondered what you might have done while sleeping?»

Most people at this point show discomfort. The majority of crimes are characterized by a factor of detachment. We enjoy stories about people who are just like us, but at the same time are not like us. However, sleep does not allow this distinction.

Sleep is the one universal human constant, the night equally given as the day.

«What kind of crimes?»

He did not try to change the subject. I still have her attention.

«The worst ones.»

«It can’t be, surely people would wake up, right?»

«Not if they sleepwalk. I know patients who lock their doors and drive their cars while sleeping. Well, some even go as far as to kill.»

«But wouldn’t they remember something like that?»

«Judging by the lines around your eyes, I would say you slept about five and a half hours tonight.»
