Good build quality, very useful for connecting to other devices simultaneously, as modern laptops only have 1-2 USB-A ports. Good value for money.

Is there probably an issue with the motherboard?! All the USB ports make instant connections and disconnections except for the port located at the front of the case, resulting in controllers, hard drives, etc. connecting and disconnecting while I use them. I wanted a quick and economical solution, so I thought of using a hub on the front port to get my work done. It really does what it promises, it hasn't disconnected even once, I have connected a Bluetooth adapter, hard drive, WiFi adapter, and a controller, all work perfectly. Very honest and useful purchase.

It shows quality construction, has a reinforced cable.
I haven't had the chance to check speeds, the only thing I can confirm is that with all the ports in use it doesn't heat up.
I have purchased Ugreen products before and it seems to have a consistency in build quality.

The product was in its original packaging placed in a soft plastic envelope, but without any protective packing material (bubble wrap) for its protection, resulting in damage (it was creased) to the original packaging.
Fortunately, the product didn't suffer any damage, but it was purely a matter of luck.
