The second edition of the book aims to both interpret the legislative changes that have occurred in recent years in the field of property crimes and to enrich the work with the latest theoretical and case law positions. An effort has been made to ensure that the interpretation fully fulfills its fundamental role: to include, as much as possible, all essential elements without causing informational overload.
