The filters and UV lamps are consumable components, and their lifespan depends on usage conditions. The UV-C lamp should be replaced after approximately 8000 hours of operation. The UV-C lamp is covered by a 6-month warranty.

The TRUE HEPA filter should be replaced once it becomes saturated with impurities, to avoid compromising the unit’s performance. Check the filter status when the Filter Reset indicator lights up. The TRUE HEPA filter should typically be replaced every 6–12 months or when:

• the filter changes color and turns grey

• the device emits an unpleasant odor, indicating dust and pollutants are being released back into the air

• the airflow becomes uneven due to clogged sections of the filter

• the overall airflow significantly decreases due to particle buildup obstructing the filter
