The Mamas & Papas activity cushion combines a play mat and a baby gym for newborns. It includes a musical hanging toy, four hanging toys and teethers, as well as a soft tummy-time toy, a crinkle toy, a baby-safe mirror and a rattle. The padded base is covered in very soft faux fur.

From 5 months of age, the play arches can be removed, and the mat can be used with the accessories or as a space for the baby to sit. The arches should also be removed once the baby begins to support themselves on their hands and knees, at around 5 months. The mat is machine washable at 40 °C, while the remaining parts should be wiped clean only.
