The 3rd MBT expansion focuses on the armored and mechanized forces of Canada. The 4th Canadian Mechanized Brigade (4CMBG) is the forward element of the Canadian Forces Europe. Located in Lahr, southern West Germany, the brigade is ready to support the VII (US) Corps and II (FRG) Corps against attacks from Soviet GSFG or CGF forces.

This pack contains 5 new scenarios. The 2 new double-sided geomorphic maps can be combined with all other core MBT game maps and expansion maps to create new battlefields. Detailed TO&E for the Canadian brigade is included. Only the core MBT game is required to play this expansion. The MBT: BAOR and/or MBT: FRG expansions are not required.

New features: Anti-missile and ITOW counters, APFSDS ammunition for Leopard C1, Spot Small Arms, ATGM Dodge, extra points for NATO Target Acquisition, helicopter landing/hovering counters, and VP reports.

Included Canadian units: Beaver AVLB, Leopard C1, Lynx, M113A1, M150, Leg units; Strategic aircraft: CH-136 Kiowa, CF-18B Hornet.
