The GMT Games MBT: 4CMBG board game expansion adds the armoured and mechanized forces of the 4th Canadian Mechanized Brigade to the base game. It includes five new scenarios and two new double-sided geomorphic maps, which combine with the maps from the MBT base game and its expansions to create new battlefields. The MBT base game is required to play; the MBT: BAOR and MBT: FRG expansions are not required.

The contents also include detailed organization and equipment information for the Canadian brigade. New additions include Blowpipe and ITOW counters, APFSDS ammunition for the Leopard C1, and rules and counters for Spot Small Arms, ATGM Dodge, NATO Target Acquisition Bonus, helicopters landing or hovering, and VP Reference. Canadian units include the Beaver AVLB, Leopard C1, Lynx, M113A1, M150, and infantry units, while the air units include the CH-136 Kiowa and CF-18B Hornet.
