Preparation: Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). The ingredients should be at room temperature. Knead 500 g mix with 1 egg (50 g), 60 g butter, and 60 ml water into a stiff dough and let it firm up in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Roll out the dough on a floured surface (3 mm thick) and cut out the cookies. Bake the cookies in the middle of the oven for about 12 minutes until golden brown. Let the cookies cool and decorate as desired.
