I read the reviews that exist and I was really surprised by some negatives.
I have been using this product for at least 6 months and I have tried all the flavors.
As for solubility, it is great, it neither clumps as I read from some people, nor does it take time to dissolve.
As for the taste, that is something subjective for everyone, personally I liked all the flavors but I have a preference for strawberry.
Now, regarding the results, I have to say the following.. indeed, the body retains muscle volume and you also don't feel fatigue and your muscles don't feel tired.
Essentially, it aids in recovery.
I highly recommend purchasing it, and we are talking about Lamperts, out of all the companies in the supplement industry, this company is the only one that has knowledge and laboratories in the pharmaceutical product.
So, what more is there to discuss.

It does its job, helps in muscle development without bloating.
The taste is average to poor compared to Dymatize and Gold Touch that I have tried.
Average solubility, needs a good shake.
Very economical though.

The review always concerns a subjective opinion.
From the beginning, it caused numbness in my oral cavity even though I use one third of the recommended dose. With half the dose, I experience intense numbness for a day.
This is quite strange because I never had such an issue with other proteins.
Also, I did not seem to have the benefits compared to 8 other different proteins I have tried.
Solubility is good, taste is quite mediocre.
Some users are offended by negative comments as if they are the company's representatives. The fact that it "works" for some does not mean it is suitable for everyone.

I really like its taste and it dissolves perfectly with a coffee mixer... two cups in one glass of water

Very good product, I have already bought it twice and it's worth the money.
However, if you don't eat well and just rely on the protein, don't expect miracles.
I will definitely buy it again

I really don't know what's going on with Lamberts and how good the quality of its products is, but for me it's easier to bench press 200 kilos than to drink this supplement.

Firstly) I shake it for 5 minutes with a shaker and a mixer and it just won't dissolve. It forms lumps no matter how much you shake it.
Secondly) It has the worst smell I have ever encountered in a supplement.
Thirdly) It has an even worse taste. It's like eating spoiled flour with bits of dirt inside.

Something must have gone wrong with the dosage. It recommends 4 scoops (100g) in 500ml of water. Even 2 scoops don't dissolve properly, let alone 4. Unless it requires a 1.5-liter shaker. Personally, I use 1 scoop in 300ml of water and drink it without much fuss because I paid 40 euros for it.
