The perforated AMT Gastroguss baking tray is made of a specially engineered cast aluminium and titanium alloy and features an eco-friendly LOTAN® non-stick coating. It can also be used as a rack for AMT-55333 and AMT-105333 baking trays. Heat is distributed evenly throughout the tray, including the sides, reducing cooking time by 20%.
Its non-stick surface allows you to cook without oil or butter and makes cleaning easier. Hand-washing with a soft sponge is recommended.
