    The machine is just fine, the issue that was mentioned, that it didn't heat the water, has to do with the first use of the machine, where you need to press the espresso button twice so that the pump draws the water into the tubes and starts heating it. The same thing happened to me. This happens because the machine has overheat self-protection.

    Apart from that, you immediately realize that the device is quite high quality. Good plastics, low noise, very good extraction, and many settings - indicators.
    Only for Caffitaly capsules.

    It arrived defective, it didn't heat the water, I asked for a replacement or to have it fixed, they came and took it from the courier and it's been 35 days now and they haven't brought me another one even though I have paid!!! In the 'order tracking' it doesn't mention where it is...
