In my favorite spot in Polygono, the people from Mytilene know their ouzo well and offered me Pitsiladis as the best. With my experience as a connoisseur and lover of good ouzo, I won't simply say that it is the best, so you can try it and draw your own conclusions.

    Characteristics:
    + Smooth taste
+ Incredible aroma (of wood and anise, but not as intense as others)
+ Does not contain extra sugar and does not become cloudy when mixed with water for hours, like others
    + Normal price
+ Goes well with everything, from meat to seafood and finger food
    - It is relatively hard to find

So far, the best by far
