Ouzo Idoniko 40% vol was created to offer a unique experience to consumers, escaping from the typical category of ouzo. Its crystal-clear appearance turns milky when water is added.

Its aroma is elegant, with anise in the foreground, accompanied by subtle fragrances of mastic, citrus, mint, and spices. In taste, elegance and balance are its main characteristics, with a pleasantly spicy finish.

Its production is done through a slow and costly distillation process in traditional copper stills. Unlike usual practices, the entire amount of alcohol is distilled along with the aromatics, using a selected blend of seeds, fruits, and aromatic woods, with Macedonian anise dominating.
