The Seac Talent fins feature a long blade with a gradually changing thickness: the first half is stiffer and the second half more flexible, providing progressive movement and efficient energy transfer. The blade combines two thermoplastic materials, and the thermoplastic elastomer foot pocket transfers movement towards the tip.

The foot pocket has soft elastomer over the top of the instep and a harder material on the sides. It is designed to fit with 2 mm neoprene socks. These fins are suitable for swimming and snorkelling, as well as surface swimming and diving.
