Hatzopoulos tsipouro is the result of double distillation of grape marc from the Muscat of Alexandria variety. The fermentation and distillation of the selected grape marc are carried out with absolute dedication under strictly controlled conditions.

During the long hours of distillation in the traditional copper alembic, the fermented grapes reveal the delicate aromas of their excellent variety. The double distillation of the "heart" achieves a balance in taste and gives clarity to the color of the distillate.
