The Bodhi 680MU yoga mat is made of PVC and has an anti-slip surface. Its 4.5 mm thickness absorbs impact, while the material is durable and suitable for intensive practice. It is used for yoga, Pilates and exercise.
PVC provides grip during standing and seated exercises, but moisture or sweat may reduce traction. The mat is machine washable at up to 30 °C; a washing machine with a capacity of at least 7 kg is recommended to prevent damage.
