GLOB HSS Taper Drill
Taper drills, also known as core drills and hole cutters, allow for the creation of holes in solid material (steel) without the need for pre-drilling. They are made from high-speed steel HSS. The holes made with a drill do not require deburring, and their smoothness and accuracy are closer to that of a bore than to drilling.
Taper drills are intended for use with magnetic base drills. The use of a pilot guide is required during drilling, appropriate for the type of drill being used.
